We retain beta registration information for no longer than 12 months after the VisionReview AI private beta program ends, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

**Marketing Communications**

Registering for the VisionReview AI private beta does not automatically subscribe applicants to unrelated promotional or marketing communications.

**Desktop Application Privacy**

Information collected through the beta registration form is separate from the video files, audio recordings, and project information processed within the VisionReview AI desktop application.

Selected beta participants will receive additional information about the desktop application’s data-handling practices before participating in the testing program.
