AI Ethics & Rights

This page explains how SkreenKings AI approaches responsible AI use, creative oversight, client permissions, and rights-related considerations in production work.
SkreenKings AI uses AI-assisted tools to support speed, structure, and creative workflow. We believe these tools should be used responsibly, with human judgment, respect for ownership, and clear attention to client goals, permissions, and final output quality.

Our Approach to AI Use

AI is used as a support layer within the creative process, not as a substitute for judgment, communication, or project responsibility. Depending on the project, AI-assisted tools may help with organization, ideation, workflow acceleration, editing support, concept development, or production efficiency.

The role of AI may vary by scope, but the goal remains the same: stronger workflow, faster execution, and thoughtful final output.

Human Oversight and Creative Judgment

AI is used as a support layer within the creative process, not as a substitute for judgment, communication, or project responsibility. Depending on the project, AI-assisted tools may help with organization, ideation, workflow acceleration, editing support, concept development, or production efficiency.

The role of AI may vary by scope, but the goal remains the same: stronger workflow, faster execution, and thoughtful final output.

Client Rights and Permissions

Clients are responsible for providing materials they have the right to use, share, edit, or authorize for production. This includes footage, images, logos, music, scripts, brand assets, and any other submitted materials.

SkreenKings AI expects client-supplied materials to be properly cleared or owned by the client, and work is performed based on the understanding that the client has the necessary rights and permissions.

Respect for Source Material and Ownership

We aim to treat client assets, project materials, and creative source inputs with care and respect. SkreenKings AI does not claim ownership over client-owned source materials. Ownership, licensing, and usage of final deliverables may depend on the project scope, invoice terms, or separate written agreement.

Pre-existing methods, templates, internal workflows, and non-client proprietary systems remain the property of SkreenKings AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Transparency and Disclosure

Where appropriate, SkreenKings AI may describe work as AI-assisted, workflow-assisted, or produced with a hybrid creative process. The exact level of disclosure may vary depending on project type, client preference, industry expectations, and deliverable use.

We believe transparency matters, especially where it affects trust, authorship expectations, or how a piece of content may be understood by its audience.

Limitations and Responsible Use

AI-assisted tools can be powerful, but they also have limitations. Outputs may require review, correction, refinement, or rejection. SkreenKings AI does not rely on AI output blindly and aims to use these tools in ways that support quality, reduce avoidable risk, and respect client expectations.

We reserve the right to decline work that raises concerns related to misuse, misrepresentation, unclear rights, harmful manipulation, or ethical risk.

Questions or Concerns

If you have questions about how AI-assisted tools may be used in a project, or if you have specific rights, disclosure, or source-material concerns, please contact SkreenKings AI before production begins.
